Seeking
to respond to the many challenges presented by today’s
world, the Marian
Community of Reconciliation (MCR) emerged as an answer inspired
by the Holy Spirit in the midst of the Roman Catholic Church.
In 1991 the Community was founded by the consecrated layman,
Luis Fernando Figari, in the Archdiocese of Lima, Peru. Living
the spirituality of Holy Mary our mission is to actively participate
in the New Evangelization. As we strive to achieve holiness,
with zeal we apostolically reach out to the youth and families,
serve the needy and in a particular way we are committed to
evangelizing the culture.

Marian Groups meet in our Community Small communities of faith that help their members grow in their friendship with the Lord meet regularly with the sisters in their community in Trumbull. Teenagers, young adults and girls find in these meetings a place to grow in their love for God and of knowledge of themselves.
